Return and Exchange Policy:

We expect our customers to be 100% happy with the products we sell. However, we understand there may be times when you wish to return or exchange an item.

Within 7 days of purchase, we will gladly take back items that are new and unused. Items must be in original and perfect condition with all components accounted for. All tags must be attached, and all items must be clear with no sign of use or wear.

With a receipt of proof of purchase in our system, we will make an exchange.

For returns with a gift receipt, only a store credit or exchange will be offered.

We are unable to take back items that are old and no longer exist in our system.

If your child has already opened and played with a purchase and is not delighted, you may return the item for a store credit or an exchange within 7 days. The item must be in “as-new” condition with all the peices included.

Online shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping:

We ship UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous United States only. Due to high costs, we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We do not ship overseas.

Shipping costs are:

  • For Cart total $1 – $20 = Shipping cost: $5
  • For Cart total $21 – $50 = Shipping cost: $9
  • For Cart total $51 – $100 = Shipping cost: $24
  • For Cart total $101 – $300 = Shipping cost: $40

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.

General Conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during the transfer over networks. Other transferred content may not be that involve (a) transmission over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
